Facades

FACADES

Leading the way in Metal, ACM cladding and Timber cladding.

From the outside to the inside we offer a full design, supply and installation service.

Using the latest techniques and the best building materials we can fulfill all projects to the highest specifications:

  • Rainscreen Cladding
  • Curtain Walling
  • Shop fronts & Screens
  • Soffit Linings

  • Brick Slips
  • Rooflights
  • Louvre Systems
  • Bolted Glazing

  • Plant Screens
  • Lightweight Steel Framing (SFS)
  • SIPS panels.

We have a wealth of in-house expertise in the installation of a wide variety of leading brands of internal and external cladding including; Rockpanel, Trespa, Steni and Alucobond.  We also have the capability to supply and install SFS (Steel Framework System) facade framework systems and bepoke “hook on” cladding panels manufactured from Aluminium, ACM & Stainless Steel.

Cladding Systems

Built Up Profiled Cladding

Profiled roof systems are best suited for roof pitches greater than 5 degrees. Generally in a 0.7 mm steel outer roof profile sheet, a 0.5 mm steel outer wall profile sheet with a 0.4 mm or 0.7 mm steel liner, aluminium outer sheets are available also.

Traditional Seam Walls

Traditional Seam Walls are an alternative to traditional roofing and designed for pitched roofs. They are suitable for use with timber frame buildings. Traditional Seam Walls comprise of a pan flat sheet which is mechanically seamed over clips to secure the roof.  These can be applied to roof and walls; all fixings are hidden so there is a clean and attractive finish.

Composite Wall Cladding

Composite panels are factory engineered panels used mainly for exterior cladding, partitioning, and load bearing walls and roofing elements in a wide range of non-residential buildings. Panels are manufactured on a continuous lamination basis with metal facings – usually steel or aluminium – encapsulating an insulation core. This composition offers a high degree of stability, rigidity and excellent load-bearing capacity.

Rainscreen

Rainscreen cladding is a system designed to work to protect the structure of a building from the wind and rain. Correctly specified, a rainscreen cladding system will provide insulating properties whilst controlling water, wind and fire.
The main reason for a rainscreen cladding system is usually down to the visual impact of the building. But the main reason for this type of cladding is for aesthetics combined with performance, weather-proofing the building and contributing to the overall thermal performance.

Brise Soleil

Brise soleil is most effective on facades where it is possible both to reduce the amount of high angle sun in the summer, but also to allow low angle sun in the winter, which can then provide some passive solar heating.

Cladding Safety

We take the fire resistance of the materials we use seriously.  It is of upmost importance that we meet and exceed current regulations to ensure that safety comes first.
